At VENOVA Activewear, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions detailed below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing within the European Union have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:

or the day a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receives it.

2. VENOVA Return Policy
In addition to the legal withdrawal period, Venova Activewear offers an extended return window.
2.1 Return Window
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
The item must be:

in its original packaging,

unworn,
-
unused,
-
unwashed,
-
with all original tags and labels attached,
-
free of stains, odors, sweat, deodorant, perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear.
Non-eligible items
For hygiene reasons:

Underwear must have the hygiene strip intact.

Socks can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.
Items that will not be refunded
Returns will be rejected if items are:

worn,
-
damaged,
-
washed,
-
stained,
-
visibly used,
-
missing tags.
4. Return Procedure
A dedicated return portal will be available soon.
In the meantime, please follow this procedure:

Contact us at info@venovawear.com to open a return request.

Wait for our confirmation and the return instructions.

Pack the item in its original packaging.

Include a note with:

your name,
-
your order number,
-
the reason for the return.

Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, as proof of return.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item is incorrect or defective. -
If we made a mistake, we will cover the return costs or provide a prepaid label.
6. Refunds
Once your return is delivered to our facility and inspected:

5–7 business days for inspection

25 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method
Refund amount includes:

the price of the returned items,
-
standard shipping fees for EU customers (as required by EU consumer law).
Refund does NOT include:

return shipping costs,
-
express or premium shipping fees,
-
items not meeting return conditions (non-refundable).
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size, color, or product:

return the unwanted item,

place a new order for the desired item.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a:

damaged product,

wrong item,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the issue,

the order number,

a description of the problem.
We will offer the most appropriate solution:

refund,

replacement,

prepaid return label.
9. Returning Multiple Items
If returning several items from the same order:

place all items in one package when possible,

ensure each item meets our return conditions.
10. Lost or Unreceived Returns
VENOVA Activewear is not responsible for:

lost return parcels,
-
returns without tracking,
-
returns not received due to missing proof of shipment.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
