I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do ?

If the order hasn't been processed, we can correct the address. If it has already shipped, the carrier may not be able to modify it.

Can I modify my order (address, size, color)?

Yes, if the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us immediately.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us so we can verify your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery times:

  • France Standard: 2–4 business days
  • France Express: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • USA: 10–12 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days
How do I get my tracking link?

A tracking link is automatically sent via email once your order has shipped

My tracking link says “no tracking found”.

This is normal during the first 24–48 hours.
The carrier may not have scanned your package yet.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Please check:

  • your mailbox
  • your neighbors
  • your concierge / reception
  • the address entered at checkout

Will I have to pay customs fees?

For countries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

My package arrived damaged.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

I want to cancel an order that has already shipped.

This is not possible once the order has shipped. You can return the item after you receive it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy ?

You have 30 days to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Are return shipping costs free ?

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake comes from VENOVA.

Can I exchange an item ?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How do I choose my size ?

Our items fit true to size. Refer to the size guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help.

Which length should I choose (Short / Long)?

-Short: ideal for approx. 1m45–1m60

-Long: ideal for approx. 1m65–1m80

Both lengths can suit taller or shorter bodies. It’s a visual preference; you can also tailor them.

Are your leggings squat-proof ?

Yes, 100% squat-proof.

Are your leggings shaping ?

Yes, they smooth, sculpt, and enhance the silhouette.

Do your leggings show underwear lines ?

Our fabric minimizes underwear lines for a clean, smooth look.

Are the leggings transparent ?

No, they remain opaque even during deep squats.
